A stray intake is for a cat or kitten(s) that you do not own and were found. For example they may have walked up to your home, or might have been found at your workplace.

OWNER SURRENDER

An owner surrender is relenquishing ownership of a cat that you own. Reasons can be financial, moving, etc. Surrendering gives Mew authority to take over care of the cat.
